Athens – May 12th, 2015 – ComSys announced today that CHECKLΙΝΚ version 3.0 has achieved certified integration with the SAP® Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) application, version 7.0, enhancement package 1. The solution has been proven to integrate with SAP CRM, enabling call center agents to perform all telephony functions supported by the toolbar in SAP CRM.

The SAP Integration and Certification Center has certified CHECKLINK version 3.0 for the following functions:

  • Agent login and work mode handling
  • Telephony channel functions
  • Conference handling
  • Transfer handling
  • Consultation handling
  • Outgoing call handling
  • Queue presence
  • Agent presence
  • Dual-tone multi-frequency signaling (DTMF)

CHECKLINK is a Web-based middleware for the tight integration of the multichannel contact center platform Aspect® Unified IP® with CRM applications. It does not require installation of components at the agent desktop. The solution enables communication with servers running SAP software by using the ICI Web service application programming interface.

Spyros Karathanasis, chief operating officer of ComSys, stated: “We are delighted to announce that our solution is certified by SAP.
